Company History

PKS Limited was established in July 1982 under the Companies Act 1956 by Mr. Swapan Kumar Saha, Mr Pradip Kumar Saha, and Mr Prasanta Kumar Saha. They have been instrumental in building up the company with aggression, creating a growth oriented environment. Agricultural commodities were the product specialization and the major regions for sales were neighboring countries like Bangladesh, Pakistan & Afghanistan.

The span of operation later spread to all the major countries of the world including Singapore, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, USA, UK, Middle East, Latin American Countries to name a few. Mr Swapan Kumar Saha took the helm of the affairs of the company in the year 1992 and successfully steered it to a profitable company. His vision for the company has seen the company diversify in various product categories, providing impetus to hitch to the bandwagon of growth & prosperity. His management skills, entitling qualified professionals to be in charge of various functions & processes of the company, has facilitated in seamless day to day operations.
